The focus of my practice is working with Adults. Most of my clients are experiencing symptoms
related to Anxiety, Trauma, Life Transitions, and/or Grief. I have a particular understanding of
Grieving our beloved Companion Animals. During sessions, we work together to process these issues
and practice strategies designed to teach you a variety of coping skills that can be used for the
current situation and for situations as they arise in the future. I use an eclectic therapy model
which includes, but is not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy,
Mindfulness, and EMDR. While I do not claim ANY expertise in aviation, it has been a large part of
my life. I originally was majoring in Aerospace at MTSU and did ultimately take enough courses to
have a minor in it. Additionally, my father is a retired FAA inspector and he was active duty
military throughout my
childhood. |
